Been knitting a lot this week- very useful when my head is not in a 'happy place', as Dilly would say.

    I'm so glad your apron traveled across the ocean safely - and I'm especially glad that you like it! Your "Welcome" wall hanging is stunning - so gorgeous!! Knitting is so peace inducing, don't you think? All world leaders should spend at least ten minutes a day knitting and thinking peaceful thoughts.

    PS We missed the snow by just a few hours! When we landed in Dublin everyone kept telling us that the day before it had snowed.
